Solar Film for Glass Roofs
Most of the heat gain in conservatories comes from sunlight entering the roof and getting trapped much like a green house. We apply our reflective solar film to the inside of your glass roof which reflects the sunlight back out and significantly reduces the heat gain in your conservatory. It also reduces the glare which can become a real problem when reading or watching TV in your conservatory. All our films have an UV inhibitor in the glue which stops fading of furniture and carpets.
Solar Film for Plastic Roofs
As normal solar films are not suitable for plastic roofs the most effective solution is the installation of solar inserts. These highly reflective strips (made from the same material as the solar films above) are forced into each of the rectangular cells of your plastic roof quite simply from the outside of the conservatory by exposing the end sections by the gutter.
